4) Always get off the bus one stop early – even if it’s cold or raining! You’d be surprised how much that extra 10 or 15 minutes a day can help. When I go out to eat, I get off one stop early on my way back and to the restaurant. It helps you burn just a few more calories.

5) If you’re single, start dating! Put yourself out there – the more time you spend with a guy the less you will think about food. You will end up focusing on other things instead of mindlessly eating empty calories.
