What do Lily Allen, Sophie Dahl, Sarah Ferguson and Geri Haliwell have in common? They’ve all used hypnotist Susan Hepburn to help them lose weight. It might cost them £400 an hour to see her but they’ve all benefited from Susan’s techniques

It certainly seems to work, Lilly dropped two dress sizes very quickly and on Susan Hepburn’s site there’s a story of a client who lost four stones in six months. The only thing I couldn’t find on the site were any prices!

On mirror.co.uk there’s the fantastic story of Anne-Marie Marshall who used to weigh 16 stones until she overheard colleagues at work calling her fat and lazy. That gave her the kick she needed to shed 6 stone and she now looks great! Cheryl Cole’s diet secret

Well not such a secret anymore. Cheryl, voted the world’s sexiest woman by FHM, has told another magazine “Recently my mother told me about Eat Right 4 Your Type, in which you’re told what to eat and what to avoid depending on your blood type”

She says she’s benefited not just in weight but also getting loads more energy. The Eat Right 4 Your Type diet seems to make a lot of sense, getting you to eat food that compliments your body.

Flirting with a beautiful woman is bad for a man’s health

Researchers from Spain have looked into men trying to chat up gorgeous woman and found out that:

  • They suffer so much stress it could damage their heart
  • If they see the women as ‘out of my league’ their stress level rises so high that heart attacks and strokes become real possibilities

And here’s the worst bit: if the guy actually gets the girl and gets into a long term relationship with someone out of their league they suffer so much stress they have an increased chance of becoming impotent!

An open air workout is better for you than the gym

An open air workout is better for you than the gym. It’s kind of obvious that exercising in fresh air would be more beneficial than being stuck indoors but did you know it’s also better for you mentally?

Doctors are now being urged to prescribe outdoors exercise for  people with mental illnesses after a study showed people who workout in the open have better self esteem and better moods than those who do it in the gym.

A good sleep is the key to living longer and a healthy life.

Scientists from University of Warwick and the Federico II University in Naples have found a link between the amount you sleep each night and how long you live. They’ve discovered that poor sleepers are 12% more likely to die prematurely than those who get between 6 and 8 hours sleep a night.

The reasons are fairly obvious, people who sleep longer are less stressed and have had more healing time each night but for the sake of an early night you might end up with a later life! Read more HERE

How to tell if your partner is listening to you when you speak!

This is a really simple one! If you’re talking to your partner and his mind starts wandering he will start blinking more! So make that eye contact and watch for the blinking to start. The theory  is the brain doesn’t want any more the information so starts shutting down the ways it receives it, hence closing the eyes. Try it!
