Shocking video of a truck pushing a car at high speed
Here’s some amazing but horrifying footage of a truck pushing a car down the A1 in England at high speed. No one knows for sure what happened but it’s thought the truck collided with the car and the truck driver was unaware the car was at the front of him.
The one thing we are sure of is that no one was hurt but that both drivers were traumatised. No wonder.
The next Thriller? Lady GaGa’s video epic
The new Lady GaGa video for ‘Telephone’ is being called the new Thriller. It’s certainly long enough to be compared and shares the same cinematic values. It’s also attracting criticism for being too graphic and sexually stereotypical.
What’s interesting is that Thriller was massively controversial when it was released; it was accused of exploring satanic themes and mimicking horror movies. However it’s now considered a mainstream classic.
There’s a joy of being in on something at the beginning so make up your own mind and remember where you were and what you were doing when you saw it first.

1. Eminem – Lose Yourself: For all of him image as a posturing, arrogant, violent potty mouth, this track is full of intelligent lyrics and good advice (again no youtube video)
